Sealed bottle? Of course. Send it back, and we’ll make it right.

Opened bottle? Sadly, no. Once opened, honey is a food product, we can’t take it back. It would just go to waste, and that's not fair to bees or humans.

Please inform us of any issue within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with valid image and video proof.

Start recording before opening or unsealing the courier package, keeping the entire box clearly visible in the frame, and keep recording in one go until the package is fully open.
