Refund policy

Shipping:

  • At HoneyVeda, we take great care while shipping and delivering our products. That’s why we have partnered only with reputed national couriers, such as Delhivery.
  • We ship orders between 1 and 3 business days from receiving the order, unless there are unforeseen emergencies. Timelines for bulk order (orders more than 10 jars) are treated differently.
  • Immediately upon shipping your order, we’ll send you an email that will have the tracking details of your order. We know it’s not easy for you to wait for your favorite honey!
  • To ensure timely delivery, please double check the phone number, address, pin code in the order form before placing the order. Help us delight you!

Return & Refund:

  • Please record an unboxing video once you receive your order. We will be unable to process any refunds or returns for damaged items without the unboxing video.
  • We’ll be happy to accept a request for returns if you’ve received the wrong product. But of course, if you love what you’ve received, go ahead and enjoy it!
  • Products which have been opened or used are not eligible for refund or returns.
  • Please write to us at support@honeyveda.in within 24 hours of receiving the wrong or damaged product. Make sure you attach the images and videos. We’re always keen to make up for errors on our part!
  • You will have to email us at support@honeyveda.in within 24 hours of receiving the wrong/damaged product with images/videos.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, so any refunds you receive will be net of the cost of return shipping. Hey, we don’t own Delivery!
