ABOUT US

HoneyVeda is NOT a honey producer, but a honey provider. The producers of honey have been and shall always be our good friends, the honey bees. We simply harvest pure honey in its most natural form and deliver it to your doorstep without adding anything.
No changes, no processing.

Absolute purity with HoneyVeda

Processed honey destroys the nutritional contents. We don’t process your honey, we simply harvest it. That way, the honey you get from HoneyVedaremains loaded with enzymes, nutrients and vitamins!

We have developed an apiary ecosystem that is beneficial for the bees, the farmers, and of course you, the consumer. Using this process across 500+ bee colonies or more than 4000 bee hives, we harvest raw honey from multiple flower sources.

Currently, we are operating from multiple locations in Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. To serve more consumers looking for naturally ripened honey that they can trust, we’ll very soon establish apiaries in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Himachal Pradesh.

HoneyVeda would love to make this an all-inclusive effort and thus is open to people who want to learn our harvesting systems.

OUR PROCESS

HIVE to HOME

A process with minimum human intervention!

Why Honeyveda 2

To extract mono-flora honey, we help honey bees migrate to a location where the flowering season of a particular flora has started so they get enough time to collect nectar.

Why Honeyveda 3

We set up bee colonies made of wooden cubicles. These cubicles are placed at the heart of the flowering field so honeybees can conveniently deposit concentrated nectar.

Without honey bees there’s no pollination and without pollination there’s no food!

Nature First

We care for the bees, because we care for the food chain, we care for humanity, and we care for life.
At HoneyVeda, beekeeping is not just a method of acquiring honey, but also a way to benefit everyone involved in the process. Here’s how our unique process helps nature in its true majesty!

Conserves honey bees
HoneyVeda’s all-natural and humane extraction process not only decreases the rate of unnatural bee deaths but also, due to the favourable breeding environment, multiplies their numbers. We aim at boosting the currently declining population of bees.

Boosts cross-pollination
It’s a well-known fact that 90% of humans feed on crops pollinated by honey bees. By breeding honey bees in the right manner, and by providing them with the ideal surroundings, HoneyVedahelpsin cross-pollination that increases farm yields by 20% to160%, depending on the crop.

Gives a better yield
Our processes help farmers extensively by enhancing the levels of cross-pollination and thus facilitating increased yield. More crops mean more food, greater output without any additional cost and higher income for the farmer.

Contributes to purity and health
The food chain is incomplete without the final consumers and HoneyVeda’s beekeeping process brings the most naturally ripened honey to delight your taste buds! Savour delicious honey in is most natural form, reap its health benefits and enjoy better living that is created out of natural processes.

ourstory

Our story started off in 2015, at a remote village in Gujarat where we had the blissful experience of tasting raw honey. We were delighted byits purity, so we insisted for more and gleefully took some home. Once that jar of raw honey was over, we felt extremely sad. That was not because we gulped down the entire thing within a week's time, but because we were devoid of such an elixir in our routine lives.

We delved into the subject and gradually explored the countless benefits of pure honey. We were amazed to know how beneficial it was to a person's health. We wondered: Why isn't raw honey a part of our kitchen?

Our research took us one step further. We realized that the way in which honey was being harvested, and the way in which it was being processed, it neither benefited the nature nor it helped the consumer’ swell being. That's when we decided to change this, and mindfully adopted the traditional way of harvesting honey.

We started learning the basics of beekeeping and soon mastered the art of harvesting honey. Our traditional way helps the entire ecosystem, and also provides unadulterated honey that is loaded with vitamins, minerals, enzymes and nutrients. We transformed our passion into our venture, and now it is our purpose to make natural, raw honey a household product.

Team

Raw honey is such a super-food it doesn’t need selling; it can sell itself.

Of course it’s the bees that do a great deal of hard work for your honey, but it takes more than bees to get that bottle of honey at your doorstep! People who are passionate to bring you natural honey.
